WARRANTY AND SERVICE

  • Q What can I do about a ADENG product I bought from a reseller that wasn’t authorized and now the product needs to be repaired?

    A Your best option is to contact the reseller, who can perhaps make the repair for you. Because ADENG can’t guarantee the condition or authenticity of the components used by unauthorized resellers, these products wouldn’t be covered by ADENG’s warranty. Buying from an authorized ADENG reseller gives you two advantages. First is authenticity. If the product comes from an authorized reseller, you can be certain it’s the real thing. Second is warranty. ADENG and its authorized resellers stand behind every ADENG product and have the ability to make repairs, if needed.
  • Q What can I do if I don’t know whether my product is covered under warranty?

    A Check with theADENG Dealer or Retailer where you purchased your product. Your Dealer or Retailer will determine if your product is covered under warranty and will coordinate the replacement or repair. Outside North America, check with our global network of authorized Dealers. Use our Global Dealer Locator to find the one nearest you.
  • Q How can I find out about the warranty for my ADENG product?

  • Q How do you suggest I maintain my ADENG product?

BUYING

  • Q How can I get a textile sample?

    A You can request samples from the authorized Dealer or Retailer you are working with or plan to work with. Typically, once they order the sample, you can expect to receive it within two to three business days.
  • Q Where can I sit in a ADENG chair and get a feel for how it fits me?

    A Many of our Dealers and Retailers carry a selection of chairs you can try out. The chairs each location has on hand varies, so please contact them in advance to make sure they have what you’re interested in trying. Use our Dealer and Retailer locator to find the one nearest you and get complete contact information.
  • Q Can I purchase ADENG products outside of the USA?

    A
    Yes. Our subsidiary, operates retail stores in Mexico City and Toronto. In addition, Design Within Reach sells and ships ADENG products to Canada from its online store. In China and Japan, you can shop online for ADENG products. And, ADENG has a global network of authorized Dealers. Use our Global Dealer Locator to find the one nearest you.

    A When service is as important to you as the sale, visit one of our authorized Dealers for help with designing, planning, and installing your purchase. When you want to purchase authentic designs direct from the source—for your home or small office—please visit our ADENG Store. If you’re looking for a convenient way to buy products for your home or small office, visit an authorized Retailer.

ASSEMBLY

  • Q Where can I find assembly instructions for ADENG products?

    A
    We provide assembly instructions for many of our most popular products, including chairs, desks, tables, and accessories. If you need instructions for workstations or systems products, we recommend you contact your local Dealer for assistance. As a reference, we do provide a lookup resource with assembly instructions for these workstation and systems products.
